     PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

  • International orders are handled a bit differently from orders placed for delivery within the U.S. and Canada. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

     
We currently ship internationally to the following:

  • Australia
  • Ireland
  • New Zealand
  • United Kingdom

     Billing

  • Please note that BasicBrilliance requires that billing information be verified by the credit card issuing bank. 
  • US banks participate in Address Verification Services (AVS) to help eliminate fraudulent orders.  If you have a credit card issued by a US bank, we should be able to verify your credit card. However, many international banks do not provide AVS information. If your bank is unable to verify your credit card, we will be unable to release your order for processing.

     Shipping

  • Free shipping applies to US orders only.
  • Shipping and handling will be applied to your order according to the chart below:
  • Once you have submitted your order, it will be shipped by USPS. Average delivery time is 1-2 weeks. We regret that we cannot ship international orders Overnight or Express.

         Order Terms/Guarantee

    • You will be charged only for merchandise that is available in our warehouse. If any item is out of stock or on backorder, it will be cancelled from your order.
    • BasicBrilliance accepts merchandise returned within 2 months of the original shipment date — no questions asked. Please note, shipping charges will not be credited back.  
    • Unfortunately, exchanges are not allowed on international orders, but we will be happy to issue credit for your return and place a new order for you.

         Customs/Duties

    • You, the customer, are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes. For information on duties and import restrictions, please contact your local customs office.
    • Please note that should you refuse your shipment by not paying those charges, BasicBrilliance will not issue credit for your order as we will not pay to have the package returned to us and the customs office will destroy the merchandise. Please check with your local office before making a purchase.
